MSW BMC i have 2 year exprience in govt. Sector my age is 30 so would have preferance for selection Please reply i m so worried for my future 

Response: 

It all depends on how you present yourself in the Interview. 

Interviewers will surely ask you, why you are looking for Bank Job when you are already employed in Govt. Sector and have two years experience? 

- Prepare well to answer this question. Never say I'm bored of existing job or salary is less. You can say for good career path I'm looking for change from my existing job or something like that.

- Also Is MSW = Master of Social Work? What does BMC Mean?

- If it is social work they will be interested to know what social work you did. AND also are you are aware of Social Initiatives being conducted by the Bank which is Interviewing you?

For example: SBI is donating water purifiers for Schools as part of it Social Initiative, and giving lot of publicity to it news papers also. So as person who did Masters in Social work they expect you to know it.  

See for any interview the First question is "Tell about your self"

Instead of reading your resume as answer for this question. Make it informative and try to relate your previous work or hobbies or anything to "Why you are interested in Bank Job". The answer for "Tell about yourself" will determine the next questions.

Also don't get into argument even though if the Interviewer is saying that your answer is wrong for any question but actually your answer is totally 100% correct. Try explaining him/her again in a pleasant manner. This will be a trick to know your patience levels, because bank is a place many people will come and many try to argue for simple things as money is involved (go to a busy bank and see) so in those situations employees are expected to be patient and resolve the customers queries. so DO YOU have the patience.. It will checked in interview too..

Interviewer also know that majority of people need a Job for living and rest all comes later. But when He/She has a choice to pick one candidate from a group of candidate He/She will look for Candidate who is interested in Bank Job... so present yourself well.... All the Best dude.. 

Don't get worried. prepare well.. present yourself well.. If not this bank there more 18 banks ;)

Bank of Baroda - Clerks Recruitment - 2000 Vacancies

Bank of Baroda has notified 2,000 clerical vacancies.

As per the notification released on Wednesday, candidates who wrote the common written examination for clerical positions conducted by the Institutue for Banking Personnel Selection in 2011 and qualified are eligible to apply.

Since clerical recruitment will be on a State or Union Territory basis, candidates will have to apply for vacancies of a State/union territory from which they had taken the common written exam.

Complete details on elegibility criteria and other aspects will be available on the bank's Web site from March 23.

The last date for online submission.of applications is April 10
